My Journey
I’m annaliese, a modern-day medicine woman. I weave stories of healing, discovery, death, rebirth, expansion, and reclamation with those who long for a connected, purposeful life. I help people create a life of deep satisfaction, passion, and health - and have a ton of fun creating ease, joy, and freedom in a world they once saw as complicated, and hopeless.
My personal healing journey has taken me through family trauma, tolerating and then leaving many toxic people, grief, and addiction, into years of depression, and confusion. I was ultimately led into the depths of my own heart to discover my awakened happiness. Throughout the way I learned, taught, lived (and mastered some of) the many principles and modalities I needed for myself that slowly and surely, put the fragments of my broken heart and soul back together.
I began my healing journey as soon as I left home at 17 and into my massage study in Asheville, NC in 2010. One modality led to the next and I became certified to teach Kripalu Yoga and Life coaching, eventually a certified 500RYT teaching in Morganton, NC for many years. After practicing Cranial Sacral Therapy for 7 years I became an advanced practitioner through Phyllis Velez, a master Cranial Sacral Therapist who studied directly with Upledger in the 80’s. Coaching and Yoga led to Ayurveda where I spent two years studying to become an Ayurvedic counselor as well as an energy awakening that allowed me to practice in person and remote energy healing along with distance Cranial Sacral Therapy. Now I am studying animal communication and death midwifery.
15 years into my career as an integrative healing practitioner has shown me there’s an endless sea of tools and modalities to learn from and deepen my practice with. My personal practice flows into the work I have the honor to share with my clients and guests. I am forever committed to my evolutionary practice so that I can be the most healed version of myself to inspire and serve others.
This holistic practice welcomes and works with all parts of you. The physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. I’m interested in how connected you can become with yourself and in turn the world, and live a life that is exactly in harmony with your soul mission and purpose in this life.
