My Journey
In my attempt to run away from betrayal and pain, I allowed my fear to keep me small, in doubt, and in ignorance of who I am and what I’m here for. I battled with chronic depression, substance abuse, and distancing from many toxic people in my life. My healing journey has been intensive but something unseen keeps me pulling more of myself to the surface and into the world. Every step of the way; I’m rewarded.
Studying and sharing massage, Yoga, meditation and Cranial Sacral Therapy gave me my life back bit by bit. Gradually I’ve created a holistic practice that works with all parts of people; the conditioning and scars we hold, the dreams and desires for growth, and the magic inside all of us that wants to come out.
